Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to house clearance, office clearance and probate clearance services provided by Angel House Clearance, Collingwood Buildings, 38 Collingwood Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 1JF.
1. Quotes and pricing
- Quotes are based on the information you provide (volume, access, items).
- If on-site conditions differ significantly, we'll discuss any change before continuing.
- Fixed prices are confirmed in writing or by message before work begins.
2. Booking and cancellation
- Bookings can be made by phone, email or our contact form.
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
3. Payment
Payment is due on completion of the clearance, by bank transfer or card unless otherwise agreed.
4. Items and valuables
Please remove all valuables, important documents and items you wish to keep before we arrive. We will not knowingly remove items you wish to retain, but we cannot be responsible for items left behind in error.
5. Waste and licensing
We are an Environment Agency registered waste carrier (CBDU380307). All waste is disposed of, recycled or donated responsibly, and waste transfer notes are available on request.
6. Liability
We are fully insured. Our liability is limited to direct loss caused by our negligence and to the value of the work carried out, except where law provides otherwise.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
